First Pictures

I went for a quick 3D Ultrasound today.
The only word to describe it is AMAZING.
Here are my first pictures of my little baby. And, I now know for sure that it's a girl!

I didn't do this with Matthew because I kind of thought that the pictures looked like aliens. But, I went today because I wanted to confirm gender. And then it was this amazing experience. AMAZING!

We're going back in 6 weeks. It's that great. Everything seems so incredibly real now. Usually ultrasounds kinda look like blobs to me, but today I saw a baby. Sixteen weeks to go .... Suddenly I can't wait.

Oh yay, I'm so glad you found a place and decided to go! I loved my experience there (they say 26-27 weeks is the best time to go because the baby has enough fat to not look like a skeleton but is not too big that the face is smushed to the uterus). They really came out great.

I'm going to go at 18 weeks to get a gender check. I wish I could know now! I'm sooo bad at waiting!

Before I even read your post the first thing I thought was "amazing".

Is Matt excited?

Aw, isn't this the perfect pick-me-up during an unpleasant pregnancy? I'm so happy for you. And kinda tearing up, remember how happy the first U/S pics always made me :)

Yay for girls! It's a good thing that wasn't available where I live when I was pregnant - I would have been going all the time.
